MercyOne Centerville Medical Center’s Operating Room normally operates an elective surgery schedule five days a week from the hours of 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Emergency services are provided by a twenty-four hour on-call staff.
MercyOne Centerville is here to meet your surgical needs close to home by a trusted surgical team. We strive to provide the best care for our patients from the time the procedure is scheduled until the day after the surgery when we call to see how they are doing.
Our goal is to provide the best care possible including individualized attention to the physical, emotional, spiritual and educational needs of each patient. We provide preoperative and discharge instructions and arrange follow-up medical appointments as needed.
MercyOne provides a variety of surgical procedures focusing on general surgery, ophthalmic procedures, orthopedics and endoscopy/colonoscopy. Board certified general surgeons and specialty surgeons with privileges at the hospital work closely with our team of Registered Nurses and Certified Surgical Scrub Technicians.
