Originally from Des Moines, Iowa, I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Northern Iowa. Following that, I acquired my Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Des Moines University.
It is important to me to build strong relationships with patients in order to help them feel empowered and improve their overall quality of life and confidence.
MercyOne is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. I began at MercyOne as a patient-care technician prior to completing the PA program at Des Moines University. MercyOne's core values have always resonated with me, and I know that they truly care about both their employees and patients.
Some of my hobbies include cooking, exercising, and spending time with my husband and dog. I am an active member of the Iowa Physician Assistant Society, American Academy of Physician Assistants, and Lutheran Church of Hope.
