I was born at MercyOne hospital Des Moines and grew up in Des Moines. I graduated from Valley High School. After high school, I went to the University of Iowa and graduated with a degree in Biology. I came back to Des Moines for medical school at The University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences College of Medicine, now Des Moines University. I stayed in Des Moines and completed my family medicine residency at Des Moines General Hospital.
I work with a great group of colleagues at MercyOne. I take pride in knowing they are as committed to personalized care as I am.
In my free time I live my best life by spending time with my family and riding my bike.
