MercyOne Northeast Iowa uses MyChart to request prescription refills. To sign up for MyChart, call your providers office and request your activation code. Once you’ve received your activation code, visit MyChart signup page and follow the prompts or fill out the form and your activation code will be sent to the address you provided within five days.

Select MercyOne Genesis Pharmacy locations use the mobileRx® pharmacy app, you can refill prescriptions on your mobile device. Just enter the prescription number, scan the barcode on the prescription label, or use your Patient Profile. The app also displays useful pharmacy information, including hours, contact numbers, directions, and store policies.
Siouxland
The ability to refill a prescription online is not available for MercyOne Siouxland pharmacies. Call your pharmacy to request a refill.
