Health Coach Services
Health Coach, Angie White, RN and Health Coach Assistant, Lori Kirkland, LPN, are available to work with patients with chronic conditions such as diabetes, heart disease or high blood pressure to provide education and support during the journey to a healthier lifestyle.

- Comprehensive Wellness Profile-FASTING REQUIRED - Albumin, ALP, ALT, AST, BUN, Creatine, Glucose, total Bilirubin, Sodium, Potassium, Chloride, CO2, Calcium, Lipid Profile, TSH: $30
- Lipid Panel-FASTING REQUIRED (risk factor for heart disease)- Cholesterol, Triglycerides, HDL, LDL: $20
- PSA (men only) - prostate screening: $20
