Non-surgical weight-loss options

If surgery is not the right option for you, MercyOne Genesis Weight Management Center offers a comprehensive, individualized weight-loss program utilizing behavior, nutrition, physical activity and medication. This program provides the knowledge and tools to assist with changing your food relationship, eliminating harmful eating habits and adapting a comprehensive healthy lifestyle.

Required criteria:

• Body Mass Index (BMI) >30

• Body Mass Index (BMI) from 25-29.9 with at least one medical condition

Coverage by insurance companies can vary, so it’s important to know what benefits your insurance covers. We will work directly with you and your health insurance carrier to obtain the maximum coverage for your procedure prior to scheduling your surgery.
