Siouxland Community Health Center

Siouxland Community Health Center (SCHC) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and nonprofit organization. Located in Sioux City, Iowa, SCHC was founded as a collaboration with local hospitals UnityPoint (then St. Luke’s) and MercyOne Siouxland Medical Center (then Marian Health Center). Through this collaboration, federal Health Center Program grant funding was secured to open a clinic to address the unmet healthcare needs of those most underserved within the community.
