Our Urgent Care locations offer two scheduling options; save your spot in line for an in-person appointment or book a virtual visit. Walk-ins are always available.
To schedule a virtual care (Telehealth) where you can see an Urgent Care provider from anywhere that is convenient for you. All you need is a smart phone, tablet or computer with a camera.
How does virtual care (Telehealth) work?
A virtual visit connects you with a MercyOne provider on a digital device using the internet and video/audio.
- After booking your appointment, you’ll receive an appointment confirmation via text message. If necessary, please complete registration using your device.
- Once you’re registered, you will receive a phone call from MercyOne to collect any additional necessary information.
- When your provider is ready to see you, an appointment invitation will be delivered via text message.
- Use appointment invitation instructions to begin your visit.
For your virtual visit, you will need the following:
- A quiet, private and well-lit location.
- High-speed internet paired with a smartphone, tablet or computer with a camera and speaker.
