Providing prenatal and postnatal care in the tri-state area since 1991, MercyOne Maternal Health helps you prepare everything you need for a healthy baby and a smooth pregnancy, regardless of insurance or maternity benefits.
MercyOne Dubuque Birth Center
MercyOne Dubuque Birth Center is the area’s only Level II Regional Center Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Both MercyOne Dubuque OB/GYN and Medical Associates physicians deliver at the birth center. Our labor and delivery specialists are focused on you and your baby’s safety and comfort throughout the birthing process. We work closely with your support system, doulas or midwives to ensure your experience is centered on your needs.

- All MercyOne labor nurses are NCC certified in electric fetal monitoring, and all are Advanced Cardiac Lifesaving (ACLS) providers.
- All MercyOne NICU and labor nurses are Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) providers.
- All MercyOne pediatric Nurses are Pediatric Advanced Life Saving (PALS) providers.
- Board-certified pediatricians.
