During Your Stay
At MercyOne Dubuque Medical Center, we strive to deliver exceptional health care experiences. One way we can help patients and their families better understand the hospital environment is by providing clear information. Here’s some information that you may find helpful during your stay.

Ask your nurse or dial “0” for the operator to contact the spiritual care chaplain on call.
Mail and Flower Delivery
Mail and flowers will be delivered to your room by a volunteer.

Patient Rooms

Pharmacy: Inpatient Consultation
While you are an inpatient, you may call ext. 9030 to consult with one of MercyOne's inpatient pharmacists to help you understand the medicine your doctor has prescribed. After your discharge, please see your personal outpatient pharmacist.
