We are pleased to offer two appointment options for your care. You can book an in-person visit with confidence knowing that we have precautions in place to provide a safe environment for you and our team. Based on your reason for visit, you may be able to schedule a telehealth visit when you make an appointment. Telehealth (virtual) visits allow you to see your provider from anywhere that is convenient for you. All you need is a smart phone, tablet or computer with a camera.
Mobile Registration and Check-in
In addition to online scheduling, MercyOne Lake Mills Family Medicine allows you to check-in online ahead of time. You can confirm your appointment via text message or email and register online prior to your visit. You can also check-in on your own device when you arrive. Mobile registration will save you time when you arrive for your appointment.
