Everyone deserves a voice; I strive to help every child find theirs. My goal is to help each child find the best way to communicate. No two children are the same and I will do my best to figure out the best way to help each individual. I pride myself in treating the whole child along with their families to achieve goals at home as well. It's very rewarding when a child says their first word, two-word phrase, masters a speech sound, uses a speech generating device, or accomplishes a goal we have been working on for a long time.
I am certified in Interactive Metronome - an evidence-based training and assessment tool proven to improve cognition, attention focus, memory, speech and language, executive functioningk, comprehension, as well as motor and sensory skills.
