Alex Garrido, PT, DPT, OCS, is a physical therapist at MercyOne Ankeny Physical Therapy. He specializes in orthopedic physical therapy, which focuses on your essential muscles, bones, joints and ligaments.
Alex received his Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Science Health from Kennesaw State University and Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Georgia State University. He is board-certified in orthopedic physical therapy through the American Physical Therapy Association. He has worked in industrial medicine and is dry-needle certified.
Outside of work, Alex enjoys spending time with his wife and their twin boys. He loves hiking, camping, cycling, running and snowboarding
