Amy Engelman, DO

Dr. Amy Engelman, D.O. completed medical school at the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in Des Moines, Iowa and was the chief Emergency Medicine resident at UIHC in Iowa City. She joined Dubuque Emergency Physicians in 2013. Originally from Colorado, Dr. Engelman moved to the area to be closer to her husband’s family. “It is a privilege to work with all board certified physicians in a community hospital. I have 3 young children and love that this jobs affords me the flexibility to be a large part of their lives, volunteering at their school, and attending their concerts and competitions.
