We had a card for our next appt that said 2:30. So we haso call reminder came saying, 鈥淭his is a reminder of your 3:30 appt.'s I played it twice thought it was not a clear connection. I was never notified that it had been change . So we went at 2:30 , just in case. Well they didn鈥檛 take us til 3:30 so we wasted an hour of our time

Called in a prescription refill, Sharon took my call. Somehow it never got to Dr. Aggarwal. I eventually called Dr. Aggarwal and he said he never got the order. He called it in the next morning.
