Benjamin Powers, DPT, specializes in physical medicine and rehabilitation at MercyOne Pleasant Hill Physical Therapy.
Benjamin's philosophy of care centers on helping individuals of all ages improve their quality of life.
I am from St. Ansgar, a small town in northern Iowa. I graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science. I then went to Des Moines University for my Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
I work with an amazing group of colleagues at MercyOne Pleasant Hill Physical Therapy. It’s a privilege to help individuals of all ages decrease their pain and functional limitations so they can live their best life.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and son. We love being outdoors whether it be fishing, hiking or even mowing the lawn. I am also an avid sports fan and enjoy both watching and playing them.
