Brianna helps guide the client through their personal challenges of depression, ADHD, behavioral issues, financial stress, divorce, anxiety, conflicts and trauma. Her past experience includes counseling clients through sexual assault and trauma to provide healing, and designing a parenting program for diverse communities.
Brianna uses a variety of therapeutic approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) and a strength-based approach. Brianna believes in building trust with her clients, allowing for a safe and accepting environment for the individual to feel empowered.
