Office visits are great. Calling and trying to get questions answered is a nightmare. Very, very frustrating when calling and trying to get ahold of someone. Most the time I leave a message and no one returns my call.

I was told that both the Doctor and PA wanted to be at my appt which caused serious scheduling issues when I tried to change the date three weeks before it was scheduled so that I could take part in Grandparents day with my grandkids. (Limited days to schedule both)If I would have changed my appt, it would have been delayed for more than a month. The appt was to take me off one of my meds so I couldn鈥檛 change it. When I showed up, only one of them was in the building. Poor poor communication amongst staff.
