Dierdre Simmons, PT, specializes in adult neurological conditions and is a Multiple Sclerosis Certified Specialist at MercyOne Riverside Rehabilitation.
Dierdre's philosophy of care centers on helping patients improve their quality of life to get back to what they love.
"I enjoy the compassion and spiritual component of being a physical therapist at MercyOne Riverside Rehabilitation. I truly feel I am fulfilling my calling being a health care provider in a Catholic based system of connected health care facilities.
I was born and raised in southern New Mexico. I graduated from the University of New Mexico with a degree in Physical Therapy. I lived in several states after college before moving to Iowa where my husband and I raised our three kids.
Outside of work I enjoy camping around Iowa, visiting family and friends and cheering for my beloved Oklahoma Sooners."
