I feel they do care about my health,but sometimes communication gets crossed. this is usually because of outside things like scheduling offices, INSURANCE COMPANY and other Dr. offices.

I've had a dietician and physicist tell me over the last year and a half that they were very concerned about my A1C. Last year a was considered diabetic and this year prediabetic they told me by phone that my blood work all was good and get it checked in a year but when the other drs. told me they were concerned I called back to the clinic and they told me they had it flagged to check blood in 3 months.

Erin answered all my questions and spent as much time with me as I needed. The nurse was professional thorough, and had a great personality. Jodi, the receptionist, always has a smile and is very welcoming. .
