I grew up in Bettendorf, Iowa before moving to the Des Moines area for college. I was a student-athlete at Drake University where I earned my Bachelor's in Health Sciences and played volleyball. In 2018, I graduated from Des Moines University with my Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
I have been working at MercyOne since graduation, where I enjoy treating patients with a holistic approach. Orthopedic, neurologic, and vestibular disorders are what I am most passionate about. I am certified in Functional Dry Needling and Graston Technique.
My husband and I got married in 2019 and have lived in Waukee since. We welcomed our daughter into the world in 2021 and could not be more in love with her. When not trying to keep up with her, we like to run, bike, travel, play disc golf, and hike. I also enjoy playing sand and indoor volleyball and coaching club volleyball.
I enjoy working alongside my colleagues at MercyOne whom I can collaborate with and who share the same desire to help people.
