Jeffrey Dean, DDS, MD

Dr. Jeffrey Dean is a graduate of Creighton University School of Dentistry and the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School. He completed an oral maxillofacial surgery residency at the University of Texas Southwestern/ Parkland Memorial Hospital. Dr. Dean was an Associate Professor and Program Director for the Oral Maxillofacial Surgery Residency Program at Loma Linda University in Southern California.

Dr. Dean is certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, for whom he currently serves as a board examiner. He is a fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, the American College of Surgery, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. He is also a member of the Iowa and South Dakota Societies of Oral Maxillofacial Surgery, and local chapters of the American College of Surgeons and Dental and Medical Societies.

Dr. Jeffrey Dean is known for his multiple publications and contributions to the field of Oral Maxillofacial Surgery. He is involved humanitarian causes including craniofacial and cleft surgery in Peru. Dr. Dean and his wife Nancy have six children and four grandchildren. He enjoys many outdoor activities but most of all, spending time with his family.
