Kate Eberle, CHT, CLT

Kate is one of two Certified Hand Therapists (CHT) in the Cedar Valley specializing in the treatment of the upper extremity. We focus on providing the most progressive research-based interventions for treatment and management of a variety of upper extremity conditions. Kate is also a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) who customizes treatment plans to fit lymphedema patients' needs. As a CLT she is also a certified fitter and is one of the few local providers in Iowa that is trained in Head/Neck lymphatic treatment.

Kate also is certified in Breast Cancer Rehabilitation. This is a specific targeted program that assists with recovery from breast cancer surgery. She specializes in preventative education, chest wall pain/tightness, scar management, custom compressions to the chest wall, axillary cording and progressive exercise programs. Currently MercyOne is the only local provider of these services as a standard post-operative protocol.
