Kayla Jones, PTA, is a physical therapist assistant at MercyOne Pleasant Hill Physical Therapy.
Kayla's philosophy of care centers on learning about her patient's lives and what they enjoy doing.
"I enjoy working for MercyOne because of the radically convenient, personalized care we provide to our patients. Learning about them on a personal level allows me to individualize their therapy and recovery. Which in turn helps patients return to the activities they love.
I grew up in the small town of Redfield, Iowa. I graduated from West Central Valley High School in Stuart, Iowa. After high school, I went to Mercy College of Health Sciences and earned my Physical Therapy Assistant degree.
I enjoy spending time with my husband, son and our two dogs. In my free time you can find me working out, crafting or cheering for the Iowa Hawkeyes, especially during football season."
