Kim Etherington has been a practicing family physician assistant since 1997. In September 2019, she started practicing at MercyOne Clear Lake Family Medicine. Kim loves family medicine which allows her to treat people from birth to 100+ years old. She enjoys seeing people for wellness exams and acute problems. Kim also provides health care for mental health, GYN issues, skin issues, chronic care of diabetes, hypertension and other illnesses. She also has skills in suturing, skin biopsy, fracture care and many more. Being a PA in Family Medicine allows her to develop long term relationships with the people she treats. Kim truly loves family medicine!
Kim is also a busy mother of 3 children. She enjoys attending family gatherings and sporting events. Kim is also an avid gardener and enjoys playing cards.
