Lori Huffman, CCC-SLP, is a certified speech language pathologist at MercyOne Riverside Rehabilitation.
Lori's philosophy of care centers on helping patients get back to what they love.
"I enjoy working with adults who have difficulties with speech and communication abilities. It's rewarding to help patients regain skills following a stroke or brain injury. I also love working with all of my colleagues!
I hold a certificate of clinical competence from the American Speech and Hearing Association. I am LSVT LOUD certified for people with Parkinson's disease and other neurological conditions.
I earned my bachelor's in Communication Studies and master's in Speech Language Pathology from the University of Northern Iowa.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading and playing golf."
