communication and hard to understand

Cant understand him, to soft spoken and he only cares if you have insurance otherwise he dont want to treat you and kicks you out.

I was told, "I'm running late and my noon appointment just showed up so it might be 45 minutes." (My appt. was at 2:30) Then, I rec'd a lecture about epilepsy that I didn't understand. Then, he told me "You need to see an epilepsy expert and I'm just a neurologist." I'm going to Univ. of Iowa Nov. 20.
