Sara, a Sioux City native, graduated from the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine PA Program and received her undergraduate degree from the University of Northern Iowa. For her, working at MercyOne means working with a community.
Having spent the first decade of her career in family and internal medicine, the need for a local endocrinology service was never far from her mind.
