Sydney Leach, MD, is not just a tenured emergency medicine physician; she’s also the medical director of MercyOne Central Iowa’s emergency departments.
“I’m dedicated to providing patients of all ages the best timely care for their emergent injury or illness,” said Dr. Leach.
Practicing since 2006 and certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine, Dr. Leach received her medical degree from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine & Public Health in Madison, Wisc. and underwent her emergency medicine residency at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Mich.
“I love my team,” said Dr. Leach. And the most enjoyable part of her job? “Getting patients back on their feet!”
