Tenzin Rabgay, MD, is an internal medicine hospitalist at MercyOne Waterloo Medical Center.
“It’s important that I learn about you and your family,” said Tenzin. “I’m passionate about improving your quality of life while caring for your complex health needs.”
He especially enjoys caring for hospitalized patients who need palliative or hospice care.
Tenzin grew up in Dharamsala, India, and is fluent in Tibetan and Hindi languages. He graduated
from Medical University of the Americas in the Caribbean and completed his residency at NewYork-Presbyterian Queens, in Flushing, New York.
Tenzin spends time outside MercyOne playing soccer and camping.
