Dr. William Thorell is a Board Certified, Fellowship trained Endovascualr Neurosurgeon. He is the Assistant Professor of Neurosurgery at the University of Nebraska Medical Center and offers his expertise in a number of endovascular procedures at CNOS.
Dr. Thorell performs in regular clinics at CNOS where he gives individualized neurosurgical and interventional care to his patients with cerebral aneurysms, vascular malformations, strokes, brain hemorrhages and carotid and vertebral stenoses. In addition, he performs carotid stenting and has become instrumental in forming an interdisciplinary stroke team at the Nebraska Stroke Center.
