Pregnancy care

We know having a baby is one of life's most significant journeys! From the time you find out you’re expecting, to the time your baby arrives and even after delivery – we’re here every step of the way to care for you and your family. We work closely with you to ensure we follow your personal birth plan. And, you always have 24/7 access to prenatal care. Download our birth plan.

Throughout your pregnancy, you can see an obstetrician or midwife to ensure your baby is healthy and growing. Regular visits help providers find and treat any pregnancy complications that may arise including, but not limited to: 

  • Gestational diabetes.
  • Infections.
  • Iron deficiency anemia.
  • Preeclampsia.
  • Preterm labor.

Prenatal care for high-risk pregnancies 

If complications arise before, during, or after pregnancy your MercyOne care team has the experience and immediate access to specialists in one of our neonatal intensive care units (NICUs) or special care nurseries.

MercyOne specialists are here to help families experiencing high-risk pregnancies through our Maternal Fetal Medicine program.
