MercyOne Centerville Medical Center’s Nutrition Services is staffed by a Licensed, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN).

The RDN provides the highest level of nutritional counseling for hospital patients, outpatients and long term care residents. An RDN will learn about your health history, favorite foods, eating and exercise habits and help you set goals and prioritize. Follow-up visits will focus on maintenance and monitoring your progress.

- Management of chronic diseases like high cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes or cancer by helping cerat an eating plan that includes all the important nutrients that can help manage the disease.
