Students
MercyOne Des Moines offers several options for prospective medical students. From Physician Assistants (PAs) and Nurse Practitioners (NPs) to prospective doctors, our programs allow students to be exposed to a variety of care and patient experiences in the hospital and clinic setting.
Please note, with the exception of DMU Core Student Rotations and Job Shadows, we require a minimum of 45 days to onboard students. Documentation we require must be received at least 45 days prior to a scheduled rotation.
