Nicholas J. Edwards, MD

Dr. Nicholas Edwards, M.D. is a native of Dubuque and was happy to return to the area to raise his family. He graduated from the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine and finished his Emergency Medicine residency at UIHC. He has been a member of MercyOne Dubuque's Trauma Committee since joining Dubuque Emergency Physicians in 2017 and enjoys EMS education. “Because of my partners and the nurses I work with, I genuinely enjoy coming to work every day”. 

Nick prefers to spend his free time with his wife, two boys, and their dog. His hobbies include running, hiking, taking in a Green Bay Packers game (he is a stockholder), and attending heavy metal concerts, especially Metallica.
