HealtheLife is free to use, simple to sign-up and is completely secure. Only you and your care team at the hospital will have access to your private health information.

Within the patient portal you can:

• View your health record with instant access to results from lab tests, blood pressure, or height and weight
• View a list of your current medications
• Access to any clinical notes, like education or patient summaries
• List of procedures you had done with the date those took place
