There are several ways to contribute to the MercyOne Centerville Foundation, helping to improve the health of Centerville and Appanoose County.
Since the foundation is a 501(c)3 organization, your donation is tax deductible.
Donate by cash or check: Checks should be payable to the MercyOne Centerville Foundation, 1 St. Joseph’s Drive, Centerville, IA 52544. If you would rather give cash, contact us directly at 641-437-3434. She will accept your gift in person and provide you with documentation of your contribution.
