Aging brings many joys - grandchildren, more free time in retirement and wisdom gained over the decades. But, at the same time, our older years can also bring the loss of loved ones, stresses of age-related health concerns or diminished self-esteem. MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center is pleased to offer services tailored to older adults. These services can assist seniors with complex issues such as sensory decline, limited mobility, changes in cognition and increased susceptibility to infection. Senior care services available include:

- MercyOne Home Health Care
- The Willows, a senior-independent living facility
- Lifeline, medical alert system
- Senior Health Insurance Information Program (SHIP) provides assistance to those on Medicare and concerned relatives or friends with objective information on Medicare, Medicare supplement and Part D drug insurance, long term care insurance and other health insurance issues.
