Excellent care received

Not specific to this provider but MercyOne family medicine. We can never get into our family doctor, which has been the case for a few years. However now we can't even get into ARNPs or any other doctors for urgent care. It is now getting to the point that we may be forces to switch to UnityPoint. We shouldn't have to always go to urgent care!
