School-Based Therapy Programs

Our team at MercyOne can help students who are struggling. Their struggles may be related to family and peer relationship concerns of academic achievement, common concerns among children and adolescents. Students referred for School Based Therapy Program may be experiencing social withdrawal, sadness and hopelessness, anger and rage, low self-esteem, suicidal ideation or changes in sleep and eating habits. Parents are involved in the assessment and treatment process. Because therapy occurs within the school setting, the services are highly accessible and interfere minimally with the student's school day.

The services are currently available at:

  • Forest City School District, Forest City, Iowa
