I would recommend this group to any new OB patient

When I have a scheduled appointment, I would expect to be seen in close to the appointment time, but I have waited close to 30 to 45 mins to be seen. I was also told by the clinical staff that I could arrive early as I was the first patient that we get you in and out.

Terrible wait time, never heard your complaints, never answered questions, unnecessary visits that were not explained, nor did staff know why I was there, and when I told them how bad postpartum depression was, I got offered a drug that will make things worse and can cause suicidal thoughts if you don鈥檛 have good support. I delivered there twice before, and I should have switched sooner this time. The office was great at rock valley. This was terrible.

The provider her self was good when she finally came in the room the procedure I had done of inserting IUD didn鈥檛 take long at all I just didn鈥檛 like how long I had to wait for the doctor to finally come in the room.
