I believe it is the responsibility of every person to try and improve the lives of others. Medicine gives me the opportunity to use the skills I have worked so hard to develop in order to help those in need. It truly is an honor and a privilege to be able to use my knowledge to support my community.

I am deeply invested in improving access to care in medicine. Where someone lives, how much money they make, what they look like, or their gender should not relegate someone to substandard care. My professional fields of interest are Hematology/Oncology, and closely related, Palliative Care. Every patient deserves to live on their own terms.

I am a cinephile, a big tech nerd, an avid hiker, and a lover of nature. I have recently been learning axe and knife throwing at a local business. Likely fostered by a youthful obsession with Lego, I also deeply enjoy fixing and building things.
