Thank you for choosing MercyOne Internal Medicine Residency for your medical care. Our team provides a broad range of medical services, with a specific focus on treating chronic conditions and complex diseases. Residents are physicians who have completed medical school and are gaining additional training. Our resident doctors provide care under the direction of board-certified MercyOne providers.

We are pleased to offer two appointment options for your care. You can book an in-person visit with confidence knowing that we have precautions in place to provide a safe environment for you and our team. Based on your reason for visit, you may be able to schedule a telehealth visit when you make an appointment. Telehealth (virtual) visits allow you to see your provider from anywhere that is convenient for you. All you need is a smart phone, tablet or computer with a camera.

Mobile Registration/Check-In

In addition to online scheduling, MercyOne Internal Medicine Residency allows you to check-in online ahead of time. You can confirm your appointment via text message or email and register online prior to your visit. You can also check-in on your own device when you arrive. Mobile registration will save you time when you arrive for your appointment.

• Hospital and Emergency Department follow up visits

• Patient education and counseling
• Lab and X-ray
• EKG
• Coagulation management
• Osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT)

We would be happy to fill and/or refill your prescriptions at MercyOne Forest Park Pharmacy. 

After hours

If care is needed after hours, check-out the following care options available:

• MercyOne Mason City Urgent Care which, offers online scheduling for in-person and virtual visits.
• In an emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest Emergency Department / MercyOne North Iowa Emergency Care.
