Protect your family this season by getting your children ages 5 to 11 vaccinated for COVID-19! MercyOne has appointments available on Tuesdays and Thursdays at MercyOne South Sioux City Family Medicine for children ages 5 to 11.
Mobile registration and check-in: Did you know that South Sioux City Family Medicine allows you to check in online ahead of time? You can confirm your appointment via text message or email, and check in online prior to your visit. You can also check in on your own device when you arrive. MercyOne Singing Hills Urgent Care, 3520 Singing Hills blvd., Sioux City, is available on site Monday through Friday 9 am - 7:30 pm, Saturday from 9 am - 5 pm and Sunday from noon to 5 pm.
