Why MercyOne?

What attracted me to MercyOne for my PGY1 residency, was truly the people. From my first interaction with the program, I knew that I would be supported in every way imaginable. It felt like a family and they welcomed me in. The preceptors are very knowledgeable and share a passion for teaching. Everyone here wants each other to succeed. Whether that be short-term or long-term goals, they will help you to work towards them. When you pair this supportive culture with the wide variety of rotation experiences and projects, it is a recipe for growth. MercyOne has helped me to grow as a pharmacist and take the necessary steps to achieve my goals. That is why I was attracted to the PGY1 residency program at MercyOne.
