About the program

The MercyOne Smoking Cessation Program is designed to help you quit smoking by providing you with the tools and support you need to succeed. We understand that quitting smoking is not easy, and our team is here to help with personalized care options available.

Medications to help with cravings and symptoms

We can prescribe medications to help control your tobacco cravings and make quitting easier. These include:

  • Bupropion SR to help lower the urge to smoke and help with withdrawal symptoms. This can make quitting easier to deal with.
  • Varenicline to lower your cravings for cigarettes and makes smoking less enjoyable.

We will provide educational materials and resources to help you understand the benefits of quitting smoking and the risks of continuing to smoke.
