Volunteer Opportunity: 2023 Principal Charity Classic

MercyOne Des Moines Foundation is in need of hole marshal volunteers for the 2023 Principal Charity Classic (PCC) Pro-Am, May 31 – June 4. As a hole marshal you will help with crowd, noise and gallery control on the hole you are on. MercyOne is sponsoring hole six.
If you are a returning volunteer, you still need follow the directions below. You can use the same username/password as in past years.
How to Volunteer
- Visit the PCC volunteer registration page
- Click “Register Here”
- Select “Volunteer”
- Create a username/password & complete all registration questions
- Be sure to select “Marshals Hole 6 – MercyOne” as your first choice
- At check-out, enter the promotional code: mercyone23 which will cover all volunteer registration fees
Packets will be shipped directly to volunteers who register on or before April 3, 2023. Volunteers who register after April 3 can pick up their packet at the MercyOne Des Moines Foundation office.
This year's volunteer packet includes:

Official volunteer uniform:
- One (1) Cutter & Buck golf shirt
- One (1) hat or visor
- One (1) Principal Charity Classic lanyard
- Free admission to the tournament – your credential will serve as your ticket
- Two (2) gallery tickets to share with friends and family
- Complimentary food, snacks, and beverages on the days you volunteer
- Free parking and shuttle service provided
- Invitation to the annual Volunteer Appreciation Party
- Eligible for prizes drawn randomly throughout tournament week
PCC asks volunteers work a minimum of two volunteer shifts over the tournament weekend. Volunteer shifts range from 4-6 hours each. For hole six the following shifts are available:
- Wednesday, May 31 AM
- Wednesday, May 31 PM
- Thursday, June 1 AM
- Thursday, June 1 PM
- Friday, June 2, all day (Estimated time: 10:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.)
- Saturday, June 3, all day (Estimated time: 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.)
- Sunday, June 4, all day (Estimated time: 10 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.)
