Auxiliary

The MercyOne Newton Medical Center Auxiliary is an organization of dedicated women and men who volunteer their time and energy to support the mission of our medical center. Founded in 1951, the Auxiliary serves the hospital in many important ways.

The Auxiliary's scholarship program is perhaps best-known to the public. Since 1957, the Auxiliary has provided hundreds of thousands of dollars in scholarships to area students who are studying to become medical professionals. The money raised annually for the Auxiliary scholarship program is given back to the community from which it came.
