At MercyOne, we want to help answer any questions you may have about billing related to your care. If you want to pay your bill on-site at Waterloo Medical Center, a financial counselor is available at the MercyOne Waterloo Pharmacy (inside the Clinic Entrance on the south side) any weekday from 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (except holidays).
