Visitor Guidelines
Effective April 7, 2022, MercyOne Senior Care visiting hours will be 9 a.m. – 8 p.m. Please enter through the doorway under the canopy by ringing the doorbell. All visits will be conducted in the resident’s room unless special circumstance is approved. To adhere to the core principles of COVID-19 infection prevention only two (2) visitors will be allowed in a resident room at one time.
All visitors are required to:
- Be screened for symptoms of COVID-19 upon arrival, including a temperature check.
- Adhere to COVID precautionary guidelines at all times including hand hygiene with hand sanitizer, mandatory masking while inside the facility and maintaining a social distance of six feet. Additional PPE may be supplied to support persons as necessary.
Visitor guidelines are determined by the number of active cases in the community and are updated as needed to help protect the safety of patients, colleagues and community.
